Hunker, Wounded, and tokens

So the situation is Vader Wounds Hondo, because Hondo is wounded can Vader take the take cover action, and gain a hunker token?

Units cannot gain or have hunker tokens while one of their characters are engaged, per the Hunker Tokens & Cover section of page 37.

There are no exceptions to this due to the Unit being wounded.

The Unit could perform the Take Cover action, but not gain a Hunker as a result of it.
