Can Kare Kun (T-70) use her native Canon slot AND her Weapons Hardpoint to equip double Canon upgrades such as Synced Laser Canon and Proton Canons?

In a post on November the 7th Dee said that when a ship overlaps an Electro-Chaff Cloud the owner of the ship chooses what token is removed by the jam. The rules reference states that "...the players whose effect caused the ship to gain the jam token chooses which green token... or lock is broken." So in this case, is Dee or the RR right?

Is there a date for this?

Can we please have confirmation on how this works? Will a single dice roll at the beginning of the game decide first and second player or will it work some other way? Thank you.

If a ship has an linked action on its ship card or an upgrade card, is that action on its action bar? For example; is a TIE Agressors red evade linked from a Barrel Roll on its bar, or is a Rotate Action which links from all its other actions on a TIE/SF's bar?
