Hello,
You must issue all orders on your command card, if able.
TP
-
Hello,
Yes, that is correct.
TP

Hello!
Yes. Veers is making the attack, so you use his surge conversion chart and can spend his aims on the attack dice.

Hello!
The Small Based Trooper Silhouette is 27mm x 42mm, and the Notched Based Trooper Silhouette is 27mm x 70mm.

Hello,
Comms relay and Battle meditation do not override the Affiliation/Mercenary order restrictions. You still need to share an affiliation with that unit to issue them an order.

Hello,

See "Abilities that provide moves in the Core Rules Book.
10 hours ago, Basel Ghazi said:can i still use over run attack after compusory moves ?
Yes, as an Overrun attack can be performed after a Compulsory Move.

Hello,
Yes, Jump X is a move action that triggers Tactical X.
TP

Hello,
That is how the keyword used to work. Retinue in the Core Rules Book now says "Another friendly unit....", which means a unit of Magnaguard that has been promoted will not trigger it's own Retinue keyword.

On 1/24/2023 at 7:13 AM, Podfrey said:Is it still permissible to ignore them (as obscuring) when drawing Line of Sight between two units which are on different sides of the crater, even if the physical representation of the crater sticks up on the table?
Yes, per the Golden Rules of Terrain, players should discuss the features of a piece of terrain and when it grants cover.
On 1/24/2023 at 7:13 AM, Podfrey said:When drawing Line of Sight from attacker to defender, and where the defender is partially in the area terrain, is the defender considered obscured if any part of their base (even 1%) is overlapping the terrain?
That depends on the way in which the terrain was discussed to provide cover at the start of the game.

Hello,
That is incorrect. Lethal x allows the attacker to gain the pierce keyword in that attack pool. When a unit is immune : pierce, the pierce keyword is not added to the attack pool.
Hope that helps!

That is correct!

Hello,
Yes, they would perform their activation as normal.

Hello,
12 hours ago, Matt Kissh said:The displaced mini can’t go into base contact with the displacing model?
Correct, you cannot place the displaced miniature in base contact with an enemy mini.
12 hours ago, Matt Kissh said:Let’s say the unit leader is the one displaced
When the unit leader is displaced, they are placed within a speed-1 distance, and any minis now out of cohesion are placed into cohesion.
The important thing to note is, as long as the creature trooper ends in base contact with one miniature in the enemy trooper unit, the rest of the unit will join the engagement like normal after displacement is resolved.

Hello,
That's correct. The unit can suffer two wounds, as that is Echo's wound threshold, and the second wound would be assigned to the miniature out of Line of Sight.

Hello,
Its one additional rank only, not one of each rank.
TP

Hello,
No. The card must be played round 1.
TP

Hello,
Yes, assuming they are a Corps rank unit.

Hello,
The Core Rule Book on page 5 states:
"This rulebook contains the core rules of Star Wars: Legion. Some special rules, keywords, or cards may contradict these rules. When they do, the special rule takes precedence over the core rules found in this rulebook."
This allows Yoda to return the cards to your command hand, as described on each card.

Hello,
Yes. Most abilities and card effects, belonging to the targeted unit can be used by the player that played "You Serve Your Master Well".
An exception would be an ability like Spur, which can only be used by the “controlling player”. Charge and Relentless are examples of abilities that can be used.
TP
-
Hello,
Yes. Because the actions are explicitly treated as move or attack actions, respectively, in their game text, they can be used by the player that played "You Serve Your Master Well".
TP

Hello,
The player performing the action may spend the token of a Clone Trooper unit friendly to the attacking Clone Trooper unit.

Hello,
No, "Ace Up His Sleeve" cannot be played or discarded after Lando has been defeated.

Hello,
Agile and Tactical both require the unit to make a standard move action for the ability to trigger. Scout x moves are not move actions.

Combination of Guardian and Force Barrier
in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Posted
Hello,
No. A unit using Guardian is not the defender of an attack, which is one of the triggers for being the target of Force Barrier.
