Each chosen unit may perform a free standby action." - does it mean these units must perform this free standby action at the beginning of the Activation Phase or they may perform this action later in the game? Seth Posted March 15, 2023 Share Posted March 15, 2023 Hello, The effects of the Deploy the Garrison command card are resolved at the start of the activation phase.
