Treat and multi-wound trooper unit

Say a player have a wookiee warrior unit on the table with one miniature defeated this round and another having one wound token. Is the player able to use the treat1 keyword to bring back the defeated miniature, giving it two wound token; or must the player remove the wound token that the unit still has.

Hello, 

You can choose either removing a wound or bringing a miniature defeated that round back. You don’t have to do one or the other first.
