Lord Maul has 1 Injured token and 1 Wounded token. His Order Card is revealed and Lord Maul activates, at the beginning of his activation the wound token becomes an injured token and now he has 2 injured tokens that equal his durability, but according to the rules he is not defeated until the end of his activation. Even though he reached his maximum durability can he still use Sustained by Rage to take damage instead of spending force tokens to use his abilities?

For example: Lord Maul activates and and after changing the wound to an injury he now has 2 injury tokens, his first action is a Move Action, he then uses “Sustained by Rage” to take 3 damage to use “Force Speed” and take 4 damage to use “There is No Place to Run.” Now for his second and final action he does a Melee attack, because he has 2 injury tokens and 7 damage he adds 8 dice to his Melee attack pool. After his activation is over then he is defeated and removed from the game.

Is this correct use of Sustained by Rage?

Thank You
