Din’s rifle and relentless

If Din’s relentless command card is played in a turn can he use his rifle’s shooting ability And use his arsenal 2 attacks.

As the rifle is not an attack Action I assume this would not be counted.

After doing the speed 1 move (but not engaging) which would occur next.

The rifle or his 2 attacks?

Hello, 

The speed x move is not a move action, so Relentless does not trigger. Only the Amban’s effect would occur.
