Can I end a move on that I used overrun in melee with the overrun unit?

Can my geonosians use their free move to overrun a unit and end the same move engaged with the same unit, take an aim action and then an attack action to punch the same unit?

Hello,

Yes, a unit may perform an Overrun attack after a Move into base contact with an enemy unit, if the criteria to perform such an attack were met during the Move (i.e. an enemy miniature was overlapped during the Move).
