When I'm playing Obi-Wan 1-pip do I count enemy transported units as at range 1-2 units to gain 1 surge/aim/dodge/standby token for this units? For example: My Obi-Wan at 1-2 range from enemy Shadow Collective's A-A5 Speeder truck with Black Sun Enforcers inside. Do I may gain 2 surge/dodge/aim/standby(only 1) in this situation?
