Dee Y Posted November 15, 2021 Share Posted November 15, 2021 No, Whirlwind's (TIE Whisper) ability consists of two separate clauses: 1) You may remove any number of jam tokens, then 2) you may gain 1 focus token for each enemy ship that has you in its [front arc].
