Repair Crews / Projection Experts

When a ship with both projection experts and repair crews resolves an engineering command and also has a token, can they resolve both? Use the engineering command on the projection experts and then use the token to trigger repair crews?
As tokens must be spent at the same time as the command so they cannot be split over two effects?
Or because repair crews cancels all other engineering points? (or both)

Hello!

As Repair Crews state, "instead of" spending engineering points, you can resolve the Repair Crews card effect. This wouldn't allow for the spending of engineering points for any other effects.
Correct, you can only resolve a command once and using Repair Crews requires that you fulfill its effect instead of spending any engineering points.
