  1. Hello. After reading this topic https://forums.atomicmassgames.com/topic/15028-ingress-points-and-range-tool-usage/ I would like the use of tools (range and movement) to be clarified. - Can we measure anything and everything at any time? - Or can we only measure what is involved in the action we're about to perform? (For example, after a move and at the start of a ranged attack action, I use PX to check the attack range, but I'm not allowed to measure PX from the enemy before moving ?). - And do we have to measure only from the unit we're activating, or can we measure distances between any other objects (like enemy units, terrain)? - For example, before moving, am I allowed to look at P2 (for engagement) or P5 (for attack range) around an enemy character? Or in relation to the topic above, before moving and using the ingress point, can I first measure the P5 around the enemy, then remove the tool, remember where P5 was, then make my move and use the ingress point and arrange to arrive in the previously measured P5 (without using again P5)? - Once I've set my move template, can I use a range template (P2 or P5, for example), which is another type of tool, to adjust my character's final position? For example, in the manual, page 16: "After making a move action, Bo-Katan Kryze uses her Mandalorians are Stronger Together ability. Measuring with the Range 2 tool, the Clan Kryze Mandalorian's base is touching the tool, so it is within Range 2", it says that we measure P2 AFTER the move action. Can we do this simultaneously, as they are 2 different tools (movement tool + P2 for adjusting the final position), so put down the movement template and check at the same time where the other Mandalorian character's P2 is? Thanks !
  2. B1 Battle Droids - Combat A.I. protocols "After an allied BATTLE DROID Unit makes a combat action, choose one of the targeted characters that is within 4 of all characters in this Unit, if able. The chosen character gains X or Y." Why the term "if able"? - Some people think this means that a targeted character must be within range 4 of both B1 characters (= if possible), but that otherwise, a character within range 4 of a single B1 character is sufficient. - Other people, including me, think this means you need a targeted character within range 4 of the 2 B1 characters (= if possible), otherwise nothing happens. What's the correct interpretation?
  3. Hello ! About this rule : "Take Cover: Each character in the Unit may be Pushed Range 1 and the Unit gains a Hunker token." Can an engaged character still perform this action, i.e. be pushed but not gains a hunker token (because he's engaged)? Can an engaged character still perform this action, i.e. be pushed far enough to be disengaged and gains a hunker token next (because he's now disengaged)?
  4. Is there a rule (or a timing rule) against changing the result of a die twice? For example with Luminara: critical to hit then hit to failure for the same die.
  5. Hi, Can Wedge use "Marksmanship" on the exhaust port to get a critic when he attacks it? "While you perform an attack, if the defender is in your bulleye, you may change 1 normal result to a critic result." Because as the exhaust port is a feature scenario, I think it's not a ship neither a defender? "DEFENDER : The ship that is chosen during the Declare Defender step of the Declare Target step of an attack is the defender."
  6. Hi, Does a small rebel ship have to overlap both white guidelines on the trench or only one is enough to acquire the "Attack Run" condition at the beginning of the following round? Regards.
  7. If I have an init 6 ship A with Swarm Tactics, a second init 3 ship B with Swarm Tactics, and a third init 1 ship C, does Swarm Tactics cascade? ie: A give init 6 to B and B give init 6 to C (instead of his original init 3)? So for only 10 loadout points, I have 3 ships at init 6 (but need to stay at range 1). Regards.
