Black bifrost damage source

Is the damage taken by black bi frost considered an enemy effect? 

Would result in gaining power from the damage, bar with no doors reversed side would mean they get a place off going through bi frost and quite a few other effects based off damage taken by enemy effect

If the card was played by an enemy, yes.
