Then, Darth Vader, Jedi Hunter, makes a Combat action with a Melee attack, targeting Obi-Wan Kenobi, Out of Hiding.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, Out of Hiding, triggers his Mind Tricks and ends the attack.

Here comes the question:

In this way, will Obi-Wan Kenobi, Out of Hiding, suffer 2 damages that are granted by Vader's Fury from this attack?

No. The attack will end at step 3B due to Mind Tricks. Vader's Fury adds damage to the Damage Pool at the end of step 6B.
