脸黑的饿货 Posted June 22, 2023 Share Posted June 22, 2023 If the Defense Expertise Chart grants a chance to Dash while a character is Pinned and in Range 1 of an Ingress Point. Then - a) The character cannot make the move because of the Pinned condition and does not have a chance to use the Ingress Point to shift the Elevation where he is on. b) The character is capable to resolve the effect of Dash but cannot move physically because of the Pinned condition, and from then on he has a chance to use the Ingress Point to shift the Elevation where he is on.
