Do you remove suppression before scoring?

Hello there!

Removing suppression is a regular part of the end phase. Scoring is happening at either end of some round or end of the game. 

Do you remove suppression before Scoring? 

An example: 

A unit with the hostage (courage 2) has 4 suppression at the end of activation phase in round 6. Does he remove 1 suppression during end phase and scores, or not?

Hello, 

Remove Tokens (which includes removing one suppression from eligible trooper units) is before the end of a round/the game. The unit would score the hostage in your example.
