No. As stated in the Coordinate entry:
If a unit already has the Coordinate keyword and gains another instance of the keyword, the unit may choose which targets to issue an order to from the two instances of the keyword; it does not issue two orders.

You do not “target” a vehicle arc - the check is simply to see what arc you are in. If you are in the side arc but can only see the front of a vehicle, the attack is still considered to be in the side arc.
