snugs95
Would a model such as the one in the picture be legally placed because he is able to balance entirely within the footprint of the terrain piece? This has caused some confusion in my group because some believe this constitutes floating, but it can balance on its own and not overlap the edges of the terrain. It's ultimately up to a discussion between the players and not something that can be judged properly from a picture. He is definitely not partially overlapping the terrain, he is fully overlapping it, so he fits that criteria. He fits in the location. Whether he is balanced is something the players would have to agree on.
snugs95
Thank you for the response, for additional clarification what defines floating, would it be if you used something to stand the model above the terrain so it isn't balanced on the terrain feature but relying on an outside piece to be stable?
