What is the next gameplay step? 1) Is it still Ghost Rider’s activation (a brand new activation)? 2) Is it the other player’s turn now? 3) Is it the same player’s turn, but they get to select which character they want to activate? I'm not sure what you mean. If Ghost Rider is KO'd on your turn, what happens depends on whether or not its his activation. If it isn't, nothing changes. If it is, he can't be activated again as you are allowed to activate only 1 character per turn. On your next turn, he would be eligible for activating because he does not have an Activated token.
