What would happen if a unit carrying a hostage is placed within proximity of a Kablamo token during the deployment step? Would it explode because this predates the Turn 1 immunity effect? What would happen if instead they walked into proximity to reveal that token during Turn 1?

If Cad Bane plays I make the rules now will he get his independent dodge tokens if: A) He voluntarily reveals himself at the beginning of the round? B) His token is flipped face up by an enemy unit during the round?
