If Malekith uses Ferocity into a target and the opponent uses Eye in the sky, or similar effect such as life saver, trickster, escort to safety, does Malekith get the action back even though he made the move?

He will get to make another action if the Blade of Midnight attack is stopped by one of those effects.

With the wording on Ferocity, he makes a move then follows up with a blade of midnight attack, if someone uses eye in the sky or lifesaver and he has no target within 2 he still gets to make another action off the 1 Ferocity action? And if yes, does he get to keep the free movement that came with Ferocity? That essentially turns other characters defensive tech into a possible 3rd free action for him?

Eye in the Sky and Life Saver stop the attack even if there is another target within Range 2. These effects will grant another action if the attack in question was made during Malekith the Accursed's activation. The move action is independent of the attack action so it will not be affected by Eye in the Sky and Life Saver.
