Maul wounded a third time
Negoldar replied to TheSwedishTroll's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
Appendix A lays out the turn timing. Lord Maul's activation is step 5. His removal is step 10. He is still on the table and able to use his Innate abilities until that point. -
Yes.

Yes. This Power is gained at the same time as the normal Power gain during the Power Phase.

Shattershuffle to refresh force
Negoldar replied to HazMatt's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
Yes. You can spend the Force to draw another card and send the Shatterpoint card back to the deck. Since your Order Deck is empty, you will need to Refresh it by shuffling the current discard and Refresh the Force Pool. Next, draw the next Order Card from the Order Deck to activate, and then shuffle the Shatterpoint card back into the Order Deck.- 1 reply

It does not. It is used by the character that is activating. -
After attack and after combat action
Negoldar replied to HazMatt's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
It’s not a hidden step. The attack is complete once step 10E has concluded. The combat action is still in progress however. This is most obvious with a multiple character Unit but is still true for a Unit with only one character. Once the combat action is complete General Anakin Skywalker can use I’m Going to End This. Yes, he would. -

Use and Resolve effects
Negoldar replied to Alrog's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
Reactive abilities and Innate abilities with similar triggers are used when they say they are used and typically resolve when used. The answer to your question is “yes” but that answer is misleading as we see here: No. Count Dooku, Separatist Leader cannot use Twice the Pride, Double the Fall in this case as the requirements of the ability (the allied character being within Range 2 of him) are not met at the time he would use it (step 10D). If he had been able to use it before being affected by Force Push, he would then be able to resolve it so long as he was able to do so. For example, if he is Pinned and unable to advance back into range, he would not be able to make a melee attack targeting Asajj Ventress, Sith Assassin.- 3 replies

Contesting while injured.
Negoldar replied to CRJ's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
Yes. They are no longer Wounded. -
Yes, they will gain control of it. Both players will benefit from Inquisitorial Mandate so the Appendix A timing rules apply. The active player will resolve Inquisitorial Mandate first and gain control of it. Then the inactive player will resolve their Inquisitorial Mandate to take control of it. At the end of the turn, the inactive player will have control of it.

Yes. If the shoved character would not be able to fit and balance in its final position, it cannot end there. Move the character back to the last position it would be able to occupy and end the movement there. In some cases this will mean the character will not physically move.
