  1. The rule in the document is correct. Players may modify their miniatures.
  2. Hunker tokens are not spent when defending against a ranged attack. They remain until a rule removes them.
  3. Sharpshooter rules are on page 39. A focus action is required to gain the extra dice from Sharpshooter.
  4. Fall Back has no direct effect on the attack in progress. A character with Stealth will not end the attack if they move beyond Range 3 because the check for Stealth is done much earlier in the attack sequence and will not be repeated. Triggered effects that trigger after Fall Back resolves may or may not be able to happen depending on their specific rules.
  5. Cruelty’s attack is made as part of the resolution of the card’s effect so it does not require an action. The attack from Helicarrier Strike is not made as part of the card’s resolution so it does require an action.
  6. Fall Back does not have the same phrasing as Eye in the Sky so it does not stop the attack.
  7. Yes. Without another valid target, the activating character will not be able to make the attack. The attack action will then end.
  8. There is no rule against modifying a die twice. Yes, Jedi Master Luminara Unduli can modify a die like that.
  9. No. It does not stop the attacker from Pulling themselves towards the defending character.
  10. Pinned prevents the next movement. If that movement is from Revenge, I Must Have Revenge, it will apply and prevent the dash.
  11. The player chooses the order of applying Expertise results if the results share timing. The two Personal Effects on Form V Shien Reverse Grip's last Expertise line (4+) share timing so they resolve in the order the player decides as per page 14 of the core rulebook.
  12. In order for the Republic Clone Commandos to gain a Hunker token when using Defensive Maneuver, at least one of them needs to dash.
  13. Heal's specific rules indicate it is optional. If the character declines to use Heal, they may still use Reposition.
  14. No. It is not Unit A's activation. It cannot use the Active ability from its Combat Tree.
  15. Inquisitorial Mandate for both players will trigger at the same time. Appendix A covers this. The active player will claim the objective and then the inactive player will claim it. The inactive player will end up with control of it at the end of the turn.
  16. They may pass him. The angle for Toward is set before the movement starts and remains fixed there until the movement is completed.
  17. Yes. Innate abilities are always in effect. If the conditions to trigger are met, Lord Maul may use that ability.
  18. Yes. An Ingress Point is not an advance or dash. It will not trigger No Mercy.
  19. In your example it reads like the character in question will be partially overlapping a piece of terrain in a way not allowed by the rules.
