I believe this thread answers your first question. https://forums.atomicmassgames.com/topic/11469-kalani-and-kraken-attacking-twice-from-tactical-network/#comment-50454 The answer to the second question is you would skip that result as none of its effects can be used.

When and what am I allowed to measure?
Negoldar replied to Isotop's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
So long as you limit yourself to no more than one range tool and one movement tool at a time, yes, you may measure anything at any time. -
Measurement questions.
Negoldar replied to Sliski's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
There are two types of tools: movement and range tools. Movement tools consist of the Dash and the Advance tool. Range tools consist of the Range 2, 3, 4, and 5 tools. You may use one of each type at the same time. You could have the Range 2 or Range 5 on the table at the same time as the Advance tool.- 6 replies

Jango Fett Not So Fast dice modification
Negoldar replied to Ogrez's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
Defense dice are rolled during the resolution of an attack. Not So Fast’s effect does not make an attack. It uses attack dice to determine the strength of its effect. You could not use a focus action to add an additional die because it not an attack. -

Yes. The Damage from Vader's Fury is lost in this scenario. The Combat Action does not end until after the second attack is made. Deflect and Riposte are usable against ranged and melee attacks, respectively. The attack granted by Mind Trick will be one of those and originate from the character that triggered Mind Trick. After the Mind Trick attack, the Combat Action will end. General Anakin Skywalker could use his I'm Going to End This ability at this time.
