    They may be in the same roster but they may not be on the same squad. Characters with the same alter ego cannot be on the same squad.

    The movement tool may be placed over any character. Characters do not move along the tool when resolving an Advance, Climb, Dash, or Jump. The character is picked up and then put in contact with any part of the movement tool.

    It applies to the reroll granted by Wetworks. Other reroll effects will still be limited to non-Failure results.

    The damage dealt in step 12 of the attack chart is what counts for X-Men Blue. No. Given the above, the answers for your examples are 1, 2, and 0, respectively. Note that Rapid Fire creates a whole new attack that will have its own step 12 where it deals damage.
