  1. No. He needs to be the target when the effect would trigger to benefit from it.
  2. Yes. No. He was not Wounded by an attack in this situation. No. Strained is not an enemy effect.
  3. This is incorrect. Advance becomes Dash when the enemy Unit is not Wounded. If the enemy Unit is Wounded, the moving character may Advance. This is covered on page 29 of the core rulebook. @Echo, I have corrected the earlier version of this answer that contradictory.
  4. When Rocket Raccoon is involved in a collision, he will take no damage. This applies to both Rocket Raccoon being Thrown into something and something being Thrown into him.
  5. You may measure any distance at any time so long as you abide by the rule regarding the number of measurement tools that can be used at a given time.
  6. No. It does not. The targeting step has already passed. It works like Life Saver does. Yes. That would stop the Helios Laser Bombardment attack.
  7. The benefit of Telekinetic Combat Enhancement applies to the next time the Telekinetic Katana attack is used. It does not apply to the second one if you use both actions to make that attack.
  8. Protection applies to damage coming from the Damage Pool. Ahsoka Tano, Jedi No More’s What’s the Matter, Too Fast For You? does not put damage into the Damage Pool. Protection will not reduce this damage.
  9. The event organizer is responsible for setting up terrain before the event begins and will need to decide how to handle issues with objective placement in the event the selected mission pack has tokens in positions that result in partial overlap.
  10. It applies to all attacks made within the beam or area attack so long as the conditions are met for each target. @Matthews1802 and @Lucas Blackstone I believe this covers your questions as well.
  11. They may be in the same roster but they may not be on the same squad. Characters with the same alter ego cannot be on the same squad.
  12. The movement tool may be placed over any character. Characters do not move along the tool when resolving an Advance, Climb, Dash, or Jump. The character is picked up and then put in contact with any part of the movement tool.
  13. You cannot. There is still an effect in process and flipping the Stance Card cannot happen while another effect is resolving.
  14. This is an example of why players need to discuss how terrain, both pieces and parts, will be handled before the game begins. If there is a disagreement, they need to find a way to reconcile this. An Arbiter may need to be called if this is at a Showdown event.
  15. That is correct. Each allied character will gain 1 Power in this scenario.
  16. The Sith Lord Strikes Back and Revenge, I Must Have Revenge trigger in step 10D. Appetite for Destruction resolves after the combat action is complete.
