Hello, “Rebels only” related to selecting the command card during army building. A capo in a Rebel army could be used as the nominated commander for these cards, and could issue the order to Rebel, or Pyke affiliated units. TP- 1 reply

Hello, The magnaguard must choose another unit to attack if able. If only one weapon can reach another unit, that miniature would have to attack another unit, and the other miniatures could attack the inconspicuous unit (assuming they had no other legal targets or weapons to reach other targets).
