TalkPolite replied to Aurebesh's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions

"You Have Something I Want" Timing
TalkPolite replied to Sivach's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Hello, No. Because the card does not say "friendly orders", it's effect happens after both players have issued orders. TP -
Hello, No - the unit with Coordinate issues the order. Yes, because the unit specified (Super Tactical Droid in your example) is issuing the order via Direct. TP

Battle Meditation & multiple commanders
TalkPolite replied to ChangeableNameBert's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Hello, Battle Meditation's effect is when "you" issue orders. Whenever a card says "you", it refers to the unit with that upgrade. You could not use Battle Meditation because Asajj does not have that upgrade. TP -

I am a jedi vs you have something I want
TalkPolite replied to RHeniz's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Hello, Luke’s effect occurs when he is issued an order, and You have something I want is triggered after orders are issued. Therefore, Luke’s effect would happen first. TP -
Imperial Dark Troopers and Rapid Reinforcements
TalkPolite replied to Armag3ddon's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Hello, The Dark Troopers would be placed with a single facedown order token, therefore allowing them to activate later in the round. TP -
Hello, No. You have to make base to base contact to start a melee. If there is no room, you cannot start a melee with that unit. You do not have to maximize the placement of your miniatures around the engaged unit, but if there is a space you must put one of your miniatures in base contact. No - however you must place a miniature in to base to base contact with an enemy miniature if able. TP

Hello, Yes. Numbered weapon keywords stack, so a unit attacking with 4 impact grenades would be Impact 4, and a Taun-Taun unit with both miniatures would have Ram 2. TP

silhouette inside area terrain
TalkPolite replied to goreshde's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Hello, Yes. You check for cover from the entire attacking unit leaders silhouette to the entire defenders silhouette. If part of the silhouette is obscured they have cover. TP -
Hello, Yes, engaged units still count for scoring objectives. TP
-
Hello, Part of a withdraw is a move, and moves can trigger standby tokens. TP

Fire Support and Detonate X Interactions
TalkPolite replied to ohgeezombie's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Hello, You cannot fire support a detonate, as detonate is not a ranged attack performed by a friendly unit, the attack is performed by a charge token. TP
