  1. Hello, Agile and Tactical both require the unit to make a standard move action for the ability to trigger. Scout x moves are not move actions. TP
  2. Hello, No. The first sentence of "Improvised Orders" is a discrete effect that must be fully resolved before other effects, and thus cannot be interrupted by the effect of "Ace Up His Sleeve." TP
  3. Hello, Yes. The effect triggers when Luke is issued an order. Luke was never issued an order, and therefore the effect of "Ace Up His Sleeve" would activate when it is discarded to give him an order. TP
  4. Hello, Yes. The first unit to receive the order would activate (in this case, it would be the unit who started the coordinate chain). TP
  5. Hello, Both sources of Guardian x would stack to Guardian 4. You would also be able to use Guardian 4 in melee, as per the effects of the command card. TP
  6. Hello, Yes - Vader's might may be used to place an embarked unit out of a transport. TP
  7. Hello, No, as the token is on the card, and not with the unit until they choose to spend it. TP
  8. Hello, No. Allies of convenience increases the limit of mercenary units that can be added to a standard legion army. The Shadow Collective is a battleforce, and does not have those restrictions. Specifically, the Core Rule Book states you cannot take more units of a particular rank than normally allowed. TP
  9. Hello, Yes, that unit would also gain the suppression tokens. That are considered to be at melee range, but not engaged. They would still gain those effects based on the above. TP
  10. Hello, No. The attacking unit is making a melee attack, Rex is only adding his dice and weapon keywords. TP
  11. Hello, No. You must issue an order to the number and type of units listed on the card. An example exception would be ordering another unit while they are in range of an enemy with the comms jammer upgrade card. TP
  12. Hello, Yes, you would remove the token from your order pool and draw another token. TP
  13. Hello, IG only takes wounds up to his wound threshold. He can be attacked and receive more wounds, however there is no tangible benefit in doing so, as he will still be defeated during the end phase even if repaired. TP
  14. Hello, Yes. The miniature is placed back on the battlefield - it has not moved, performed an action, or received a suppression token. No. Displacement is not a “may”. TP
  15. Hello, Yes. If a trooper gains a suppression or performs a move, an attack, or an action it removes its standby token; the transported unit has not performed a move and would keep its standby token. TP
  16. Hello, Yes. Even if Agent Kallus is defeated, the effect of "ISB Investigation" remains. TP
  17. Hello, No. A suppression token would be applied to the unit, and the Standby token removed before they would have an opportunity to spend it. TP
  18. Hello, No, when a unit uses fire support it can only add an eligible weapon to one attack pool, not multiple pools. TP
  19. Hello, Each mini moved to the new position must be within range 1 of at least one mini in the unit's previous location, as if it were two different units. To do this, choose any mini in the unit, measure range 1 from that mini, and then place each mini in the unit within that range (and in cohesion with their unit leader). It is helpful to move the mini that was chosen to measure range 1 from last, after all the other minis in the unit have been moved to within range 1 of that mini. TP
  20. Hello, Normally, Cad Bane would be placed in base contact, starting a melee, and the two units would be engaged. However, the Hostage card prevents enemy units from starting a melee, so the player that controls Cad Bane instead places him as close as possible to the Hostage unit but not in base contact with it. TP
  21. Hello, For the purposes of command card effects, orders transferred to a new target via effects like authoritative or "Comms Relay" count as being issued from the unit with that keyword or upgrade, and not from the nominated unit or command card. TP
  22. Hello, Yes. The effect of "cannot select the command card that was returned to their hand" applies to the "return to the Select Command Cards step" effect also caused by this card. After returning to the Select and Play Command Cards step, the second effect of being unable to select the other command card ends, it does not persist into a second instance of re-selecting command cards. TP
