  1. Hello, Yes. When forming the attack pool for a ranged attack targeting a unit with the Incognito keyword (from an attacking unit presumably at range 1 of the Incognito unit!), another friendly unit beyond range 1 may contribute eligible weapons to the attack pool. using the Fire Support keyword. Hope this helps, Seth
  2. Hello, Yes, Logray may ready the Onward to Victory upgrade card by recovering. No. The Onward to Victory upgrade card card is discarded in the End Phase if it was exhausted at the start of that round's Activation Phase, regardless of whether it is readied or exhausted when that time comes. Hope this helps, Seth
  3. Hello, When a unit uses the Comms Relay upgrade card to choose a unit at range 1-2 & issue it an order, the unit with the Comms Relay upgrade card is the unit issuing the new order. Neither the original target of the order (the unit with Comms Relay equipped), nor the unit that receives an order instead, has been issued an order by Jyn Erso, and neither will receive Teamwork as a result of the Trust Goes Both Ways command card. Hope this helps, Seth
  4. Hello, Cover for subsequent attacks from a Beam X weapon is determined as normal, determining LOS from the attacking unit to each defending unit. Hope this helps, Seth
  5. Hello, A unit with the Tactical X keyword will gain aim tokens after performing a standard move as part of an action or free action. The speed-1 move granted by the Combined Arms command card is not an action, these units will therefore not be able to use their Tactical keyword during this move, Hope this helps, Seth
  6. Hello! When a unit is promoted during the course of the game, "the unit’s original order token is discarded and is replaced by a Commander order token, and the unit counts as a Commander unit for all rules purposes." Yes, an IG-100 Magnaguard unit may use its Guardian: Commander keyword when Asajj is defending, as she has been promoted and is treated as a Commander unit. Hope this helps, Seth
  7. Hello, The unit's order token will still be flipped facedown, regardless of whether or not it is eligible to gain suppression. Hope this helps, Seth
  8. Hello, This is correct. Players should following "Removing Miniatures in Melee" in the core rulebook for the details on this process. It is not required to "optimize" placing minis. Players should place minis, one at a time, following the Removing Miniatures in Melee section quoted above: "If, for any reason, miniatures cannot be placed back into base contact with an enemy miniature and none of the miniatures belonging to that unit are in base contact with an enemy miniature, those miniatures do not move and that unit is no longer in melee." This is resolving starting with the attacking player. The Imperial player will place any of their units - Vader and Dewbacks - into base contact with the B1 Battle Droids. The Imperial player is not obligated to ensure both Dewbacks can "fit." If only one moves and the other stays in place as there is no room for it to make base contact, this is acceptable. Then the defending player will place their B1 Battle Droids into base contact with enemy units with which they are in melee, maintaining cohesion and following the quoted section above. Hope this helps, Seth
  9. Hello, Any and all miniatures in a unit equipped with a grenade upgrade may use that weapon profile (unless specified otherwise such as with a keyword such as Sidearm). Hope this helps, Seth
  10. Hello, LOS and range are, unless otherwise specified, two independent checks. A unit need not have LOS to the same mini it has in range for an effect. This includes when making attacks. Yes, this Phase 1 Clone Trooper unit may spend Anakin's tokens with the Exemplar keyword. Hope this helps, Seth
  11. Hello, It may not. When utilising the Saber Throw upgrade card to make an attack, treat the chosen melee weapon as a ranged weapon. Hope this helps, Seth
  12. Hello, Clamber is no longer an action. Refer to the Climbing Vehicle and Expert Climber keywords in the core rulebook for that latest iterations of these keywords, and for the climb move action. Hope this helps, Seth
  13. Hello, Boba Fett may choose not to attack an eligible unit. The attack process is followed whether it is an action or not. Boba Fett may not perform a ranged attack against engaged units when making the attacks on the Making His Way in the Galaxy command card. He may attack a unit with which he is engaged, as it is also a melee weapon. Hope this helps, Seth
  14. Hello, If Cad Bane's order token is drawn while he is off the battlefield, it will be placed to the side and another token will be drawn, as described in the "Choose a Unit to Activate or Pass" step of the Activation Phase. Hope this helps, Seth
  15. Hello, If a unit forms multiple attack pools, such as those granted by the Gunslinger keyword, eligible units may Fire Support each of them. However, as stated in the Fire Support keyword entry, "a unit can only use the Fire Support keyword to add weapons to one attack pool." ------------------------ No, as this would be adding weapons to more than one attack pool. Hope this helps, Seth
  16. Hello, Jyn Erso's Rebellious command card special effect, which occurs when an enemy unit activates, will occur prior to a "start of activation" prompt, such as Cad Bane's I'm In Control. Hope this helps, Seth
  17. Hello, No. Although Chewbacca is "the nominated commander" for the Command Phase - as a result of a Chewbacca-unique command card being selected and played - Chewbacca is not a commander unit and is a heavy unit. As no Rebel commander unit issued orders, no bonus order will be issued to a friendly Ewoks unit. Hope this helps, Seth
  18. Hello, If an ability or keyword targets "other/another unit(s) at range X", it may not be used on the unit itself. An example of this would be the Compel keyword. As Force Guidance does not specify to pick other friendly units at range 1-2, the force user in question indeed may give itself a surge token per the text of the card. Hope this helps, Seth
  19. Hello, Yes. The Raiding Party Leader upgrade card gives all Raiders-affiliated mercenary vehicle units Demoralize.
  20. Hello, Yes, a friendly unit with the Fire Support keyword and a faceup order token may use Fire Support to add eligible weapons to the attack pool of a friendly unit performing an attack, including those granted by a standby token. Hope this helps, Seth
  21. Hello, Yes, you may suffer wounds on miniatures that are not in LOS of the attacking unit. Refer to the Suffering Wounds & Defeating Miniatures section in the core rulebook for more information. Hope this helps, Seth
  22. Hello, It is this outcome. One of your orders may be issued to any unit on the battlefield with the Battle Meditation upgrade card, and you will therefore issue one less order to the units described on your command card to do so. If Yoda has Battle Meditation equipped and plays Luminous Beings Are We, he may choose to not order one eligible unit and instead issue one order to any friendly unit on the battlefield. Hope this helps, Seth
  23. Hello, IG-11's Bounty Programming upgrade card states "If you choose a <Commander>/<Operative> as the target of Bounty...", where "you" refers to the unit with the upgrade (in this case, IG-11). IG-11's weapons will gain Pierce 1 or Suppressive based on where its bounty token is placed. A second unit with the Bounty keyword in the same army will not influence which keyword IG-11 gains and does not allow it to gain both keywords. Hope this helps, Seth
  24. Hello, Yes, as that commander has issued orders. No, it will not trigger multiple times from the same commander. If a Rebel faction or Ewoks-affiliated commander unit issues orders, including via an upgrade card such as Seize the Initiative or the Holoprojector supply card, that will allow the player use the Permanent effect of the A Beautiful Friendship command card. This can occur multiple times across a player's army. Hope this helps, Seth
  25. Hello, Yes, you may use the Comms Relay upgrade card to issue an order to a friendly B1 Battle Droids unit instead of issuing it to Cad Bane, and then use the Coordinate keyword as eligible. The Comms Relay upgrade states that you (Cad Bane) cannot be issued another order during this round. As Cad Bane's "Here I Am" token was revealed prior to the first round, he may be issued an order during round one with his I Make the Rules Now command card. Order tokens are removed during the End Phase, and therefore will not be removed prior to round one. Yes, Cad Bane may use his Comms Relay when he would be issued an order, even in this rare scenario that he is being issued an order outside of the command phase. Hope this helps, Seth
